Y. Bhg. Datuk Muhammad Azuar Bin Abdul Wahab, aged 48 was appointed as Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of BSEA Shipping Bhd  on 10 February 2010. He sits as a Chairman of BSEA Shipping Bhd Board Audit Committee.

Y. Bhg. Datuk Muhammad Azuar Bin Abdul Wahab is the President and Chief Executive officer of BSEA Bhd with effect from 10 February 2010. He joined BSEA in 2000 and has held various senior management positions including those of Senior General Manager, Corporate Planning and Development Division, Vice President Petrochemicals Business, Vice President Oil Business, Logistics and Maritime Business. He was previously the President/Chief Executive Officer of BSEA Bhd from 1 July 2007 until 31 December 2009.

He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from University Sains Malaysia (USM), a Master of Business Administration. Degree in Corporate Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, United States of America and a technical Diploma in Petroleum Economics from Institute Francais du Petrole France.

Y. Bhg. Datuk Muhammad Azuar Bin Abdul Wahab is a Chairman of Tanker Holding Sdn Bhd, a wholly subsidiary of MISC Bhd, as well as of several BSEA subsidiaries including exploration and production arm BSEA Bhd and South Africa based energy company Engen Limited.

He attended two Board Meetings of the Company since his appointment as director during the financial year under review.

Bangga tak??Muahaha...Sebenarnya ni statement yang budak-budak fakulti kami yang buat. Satu fakulti tapi kos lain-lain. Budak-budak yang buat ni kos Pentadbiran Korporat. Saya kos Sains Pentadbiran bawah satu Fakulti Sains Pentadbiran dan Pengajian Polisi(tak tanya pun). Haa..Budak-budak ni nak present projek Company Secretariat Practice untuk part 6 diorang hari sabtu ni dipanggil Mock Meeting(ade aku kesah). Budak-budak yang buat ni budak rumah ambo..Nize(Nizam) dengan We(Wan). Kalau nak kenal boleh bagi nombor nanti saya passing. kekeke. So, terima kasih la korang ye yang sudi letak aku jadi jadi Chairman. Takde orang lain yang berkaliber dah ke nak amik jadi Chairman untuk Mock Meeting korang???Dapat pangkat Datuk plak tu..Muahaha!!!!(Gelak setan sambil syok sendiri).
